Please note that fees are determined by the Services requested or purchased, not by actual usage unless stated otherwise in the Order Form or here. Additionally, payment obligations are non-cancellable, and fees are non-refundable.
● You must pay the full amount without any deductions or holding back unless it’s not allowed by law. Payment should be in the same currency as mentioned in the order confirmation.

● To dispute an invoice, follow our guidelines for fair and prompt resolution:
● If you don’t have a valid billing dispute, you must pay the invoice amount in accordance with the “Fees and Invoicing” clause.
● If you want to dispute a bill, kindly notify us to proceed with an investigation within one month of receipt. We kindly request that you provide any relevant evidence that may demonstrate the disputed charge or invoice to be inaccurate.
● Upon receipt of your dispute request, we will proceed with investigations to address the matter in an equitable manner. We kindly request that any outstanding balance be settled within five Business Days following the conclusion of our investigations.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

● We kindly inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate refund requests due to a change of mind. Once your order has been delivered, we are unable to offer a full refund. The time and resources invested cannot be regained, and therefore we are unable to provide refunds. Our Products and Services are non-refundable and do not come with any warranties, whether expressed or implied. We do offer up to three revisions at no additional cost. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product or service, we are able to refund 50% of the paid fee amount.
● We can refund 50% of the fee if there are quality concerns. If you want a full refund, your case will be reviewed by a committee that will make a fair decision based on the facts and evidence.
● Kindly note that our refund policy states that once an order is completed and delivered, a 100% refund is unfortunately not possible. However, we do offer the opportunity to request up to three revisions if the provided product or service does not meet your expectations. In the event that you are not satisfied with the revisions, we do consider partial refund requests as long as there is clear written communication with your feedback and disapproval of the revisions. Without such communication, we are unable to entertain any refund claims.
● Customers need to reach out to The Journal Publications before initiating a charge-back. Failure to do so jeopardizes their eligibility for a refund. Please be aware that The Journal Publications maintains the right to refuse refund requests in certain circumstances. We kindly request your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter.
● Please be advised that The Journal Publications cannot be held responsible for providing a refund in the event that a client’s preferred journal choice rejects their submission. It is important to note that if a paper is rejected for any reason, such as plagiarism or formatting issues, The Journal Publications will not be able to offer a full refund.
● We do not accept any cancellation requests for orders that have already been confirmed.
