Journals have different policies and fee structures depending on their revenue models. For instance, many subscription-based journals charge authors for printing colour figures or artwork, but they don’t charge for publishing the manuscript itself. On the other hand, open-access journals usually charge authors a publication fee to help cover their operational costs. Since these fees vary from journal to journal and need to be paid directly by the author, they are not included in our Journal Submission service fee.
Our publication support services allow for access to expert guidance at all steps of the publication process, from preparing your paper by reviewing it and giving you constructive feedback for changes before submission, to assistance in choosing the right journal for your work.
The acceptance decision rests with the journal but we will issue refunds when our services fail to match the agreed scope of work. For custom services, payment is due before we start working on your assignment. If you’ve selected a service pack, payment will be completed once we deliver the first component of your pack.
To get started, we’ll need your full manuscript, including the title page, references, and all figures and tables. For our Journal Selection service, it would also be helpful if you could share your preferred impact factor, journal indexing, and any past rejection history.
If you’ve used our editing or writing services, it’s advisable to acknowledge our support in your manuscript. According to publication guidelines like the ICMJE, authorship, editing, and writing support should be credited. Acknowledging our assistance also assures journal editors and reviewers that the language has been thoroughly reviewed.
