While we can’t promise a publication, it is the decision of the journal editor who will judge your manuscript according to his or her discretion. However, we do all we can to increase your possibilities by making sure that your work is of the best quality. Through expert editing, guidance, and pre-submission peer reviews (available with the Platinum pack or custom packages), we help get your manuscript submission-ready, maximising its potential for acceptance.
Each journal has its own fee structure. For example, subscription-based journals may charge for printing colour figures or artwork, but generally do not have publication fees. On the other hand, open-access journals typically require a publication fee to help cover their maintenance costs. These journal-specific fees are separate from our submission service and are not included in our pricing.
We support you every step of the way on your publication journey. Our services include manuscript feedback, refining your work for submission, and helping you select the right journal. From editing and technical reviews to post-submission assistance, we save you time and ensure your manuscript is fully ready for submission.
If our services don’t meet the agreed scope or expectations, we do offer a refund. However, the final decision on acceptance is up to the journal. We will support you throughout the process, enhancing your manuscript and offering advice to help minimise the chances of rejection.
For custom services, payment is required before we begin work on your manuscript. If you choose a service pack, payment will be due once we deliver the first component of the package.
To get started, we’ll need your complete manuscript, including the title page, references, and any figures or tables. If you’re using our journal selection service, it’s helpful to provide details like your preferred impact factor, journal indexing information, and any past rejection history.
If you’ve used our editing or writing services, it’s advisable to acknowledge our support in your manuscript. According to publication guidelines like the ICMJE, authorship, editing, and writing support should be credited. Acknowledging our assistance also assures journal editors and reviewers that the language has been thoroughly reviewed.
